The system is available both for single and twin installations and gives ideal corrosion protection – in both brackish and salt water. The system replaces the need for sacrificial anodes on the drive. The system is fully automated and EVC integration means that the protection status is continuously monitored and presented in the engine displays at the helm. No extra displays are needed and no need to worry about sacrificial anodes; the solution provides additional peace of mind. Requirements: • Drives: DPI, DPH, DPS, SX, OX, FWD or DPR • Electronic Vessel Control (EVC) generation C2 and later • EVC displays: 2,5'', 4'', 7'' or Glass Cockpit • Fiberglass hull The Active Corrosion Protection system consists of a control unit, a transom unit and back-up sacrificial zinc anodes (one per drive). It is delivered with all components needed including installation instructions and operator's manual. Cables can be routed upwards along the transom and enter through hull above the water line.
