Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions including our Private Policy apply to all orders placed by the customer at store.marex.no. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any of the products from our site. If you have any queries on these terms please contact us before placing any order. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this site. Information that you provide on this site must be accurate and complete. All passwords details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your Password Details or you become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately (see Contact Details for more information and full contact details).

ORDERING

Products are ordered through internet at store.marex.no via the checkout of the web shop. All orders are confirmed by e-mail. Price of order, delivery costs and a list of the ordered products are stated on the order confirmation. All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

PRICES

The price you pay is the price displayed on this site at the time we received your order except on cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the products or shipping price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We are under no obligation to provide the products to you at an incorrect price, even after we have sent you a despatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

All prices in the web shop are stated in Euro (€) and are shown including VAT. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. Non-EU customers can purchase their orders without value added tax (VAT). Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed in the web shop. The shipping costs are clearly displayed when the customer enters the country of delivery before confirming the order.

DELIVERIES

The ordered items will be despatched within 5-7 working days from the payment date. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the country and can vary from 7-14 working days (in EU). The shipping cost depend on the size and weight of the ordered item/items and is clearly displayed before confirming the order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the estimated timescale, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. “MAREX Boats” shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If you do not receive products ordered by you within one month of the date on which they were despatched to you, please contact us at shop@marex.lt. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. You can also pick up the items personally at your convenience. No delivery charge will be applied. We will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready and can be collected. Items are available for collection at the office of UAB “MAREX Boats”. A signature will be required when accepting the items. When accepting or collecting the items, be sure to check the condition of the parcel and items. If you find any damage to the exterior of your parcel or item, or find any set of items incomplete at the time of acceptance make sure to make a relevant entry in the invoice, waybill or another document. If you fail to comply, we will no longer be liable for damages to the items due to reasons other than manufacturing defect or incomplete set of items.

PAYMENTS

Online payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards. Card payments in our online store is done safely with the PaySera – secured payment form.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please notice that:

  • Only unused goods in their original undamaged packaging may be returned.
  • Purchase document (an invoice received upon purchase) must be provided when returning an item.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • The product must be complete.
  • Upon return of a quality item depending on your request we will either refund the full amount of money paid for the item or
  • will exchange the unsuitable item with another one where price difference, if any, must be covered.
  • The refund will include the full value of the items returned, including original shipping costs.
  • The Buyer must cover the shipment costs when returning or exchanging any quality products.
  • If we deliver a wrong or faulty item, we will cover the return and new item shipment costs.
  • A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the return.
  • We will not be liable for consequential loss or damage

PRICE CHANGES

“MAREX Boats” reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, “MAREX Boats” reserves the right to cancel the order. Notifications will be given to the customer by email.

CHANGES OF PRODUCT ASSORTMENT

“MAREX Boats” reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered. Due to unexpected stock shortages, longer than expected delivery times can occur. Notifications will be given to the customer by email.

LIABILITY

Our liability to pay damages shall never exceed the nominal value of the invoice of the goods supplied, about which damages are claimed. Nor shall “MAREX Boats” be liable for damage to business or consequential damage whatsoever.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Also, colours on computer screens are not always 100 % accurate and may vary in reality.

Your personal information will only be used within “MAREX Boats” and by those third parties engaged by us to assist in providing services, information and products to you. “MAREX Boats” does not sell, rent, assign or give your information to any third party other than the aforementioned.
