Shipping

The ordered items will be dispatched within 5-7 working days from the payment date. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the country and can vary from 7-14 working days (in EU). The shipping cost depend on the size and weight of the ordered item/items and is clearly displayed before confirming the order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the estimated timescale, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. “MAREX Boats” shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If you do not receive products ordered by you within one month of the date on which they were dispatched to you, please contact us at shop@marex.lt.Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. You can also pick up the items personally at your convenience. No delivery charge will be applied. We will inform you be email as soon as your order is ready and can be collected. Items are available for collection at the office of UAB “MAREX Boats”. A signature will be required when accepting the items. When accepting or collecting the items, be sure to check the condition of the parcel and items. If you find any damage to the exterior of your parcel or item, or find any set of items incomplete at the time of acceptance make sure to make a relevant entry in the invoice, waybill or another document. If you fail to comply, we will no longer be liable for damages to the items due to reasons other than manufacturing defect or incomplete set of items.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. “MAREX Boats” has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely and the recipient should contact local customs office if more information needed.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by “MAREX Boats”.
